Your Un4gettable Hair order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Un4gettable Hair customers could receive their package within 5-8 business days. 

Pre-orders will take longer than normal hair orders. During the holidays and inclement weather, shipping may take longer than usual; however, all customers will be informed of any delays. All customers will receive a tracking number once the order is processed and shipped. Un4gettable Hair is not responsible for packages with a confirmed delivery status. For customers located in countries outside the United States, please understand you are responsible for additional customs cost in order to clear your items.
